How the service works

Register online for the condition from which you believe yourself to be suffering. Answer all of the relevant medical questions and submit your consultation. A doctor will review your consultation soon after it is submitted and then offer to prescribe some medication, if it is deemed appropriate to do so.

You will receive a notification either by e-mail or SMS asking you to login to your account as soon as the doctor has approved you to make a purchase. All you need to do is login, select the item that you want, and pay. We will then issue a prescription direct to our pharmacy and your medication will be dispensed and dispatched to an address of your choice.

All orders received by 4.00 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day for delivery the following business day before 1.00 pm in the UK and by 5.00 pm for the rest of Europe.

Private Doctor Direct is teaming up with independent pharmacies up and down the UK to offer a same day dispensing and collection service. We will update this page when this service becomes available.
